Operators may communicate and collaborate with one another, through our placement office when interested in rotating residents who are no longer a good fit.
Resident Safe House Shelter
In case of inclement weather, or power outages, affected Facility Operators may find shelter among unaffected AIO member operators.
Respite Care
When Operators need temporary coverage, 4-8 hours, an AIO member can call our “Operator Relations” line, and schedule respite coverage.
Sister's Keepers
At minimal, to no cost, an AIO member can schedule a no worry, hassle free, week long vacation by placing his/her census among other AIO members
Client Assessment intervention
If an AIO member is unable to conduct a client assessment, one can request a Lysal staff member, or another AIO member perform said assessment
Client pick up intervention
If an AIO member is having difficulty meeting a hospital discharge time, through Operator Relations, the member may schedule a pickup and drop off through another member
